I know that I’m not the only one who’s excited about this. I’ve already logged in to the NaNoWriMo site and left a trail of Hellos! in the forums, which is at the moment somewhat dead, since it’s still early days of October. Not that many vet WriMos are back to login to their accounts and not many newbies have signed up for this year’s NaNoWriMo.

This will be my 6th NaNo and over the years, I’ve seen an increase in the number of newbies. Every year I go for a write-in, the kids seem to be getting younger and younger; but that could also mean that I’m getting older.

Anyway, I’m very much looking forward to this. As usual, I do not have a plot or plans as of yet. I might just flip through the plot idea book that I have and pick one that feels right and just wing it.
